How we calculate: Lost productivity = share of affected employees × cost per employee × productivity loss (1–8% depending on condition, conservative to high estimate). Cost per employee = salary × 1.30 (12% holiday pay, 14.1% employer's tax, 2% pension). Cost per day of absence: NOK 4,200. Shares: 18% at risk of burnout, 50% low energy levels and 13% physically inactive. Days of absence are scaled against a sick leave rate of 6%. Sources and documentation available on request.

Questions your colleagues will ask

Don't we already have occupational health and health insurance?

Occupational health services cover statutory HSE, and health insurance kicks in when someone is already ill. Livity works preventively, before it gets that far.

What's the risk?

Low. You only pay for employees who actually take part, and if you're not satisfied, you get your money back. Livity handles communication, logistics and delivery, so you don't tie up your own resources.

What about privacy?

Health data is only shared between the employee and the doctor, and is handled confidentially under GDPR and Norwegian health regulations. You get insight at group level, never individual data. Participation is voluntary.

What does it cost?

You'll get an offer and a business case in the intro chat.

30 minutes. Then you'll know if Livity is right for you.
