How Livity Works for Businesses

Onboarding

We start with a short startup meeting and adapt the setup to their needs. We know that their time is valuable, so we take care of all the practicalities — efficiently and frictionless.

Completion

Employees respond to a digital mapping that covers symptoms, lifestyle, personality, goals and risk factors. After that, Livity will conduct relevant medical tests on-site to supplement the digital mapping.

Report and Measures

Each employee receives a clear, personal report from a doctor, with an overview of health status, risk of long-term illness and specific measures tailored to the individual.

Follow-up

We follow up with employees digitally throughout the year, adjusting their schedule and helping them stay focused — before small problems become big.

Security

All contact between the employee and Livity is treated strictly confidential and the employer has no transparency. Livity complies with all requirements of data protection legislation, including the GDPR and Norwegian health regulations.
