Ferritin, CRP and HbA1c - the blood values you should be able to memorize

Three small measurements can reveal more about your health than you think.

Ferritin: The iron stores of the body. Low ferritin can cause fatigue, poor concentration and decreased immune system.

CRP: A measure of inflammation in the body. High CRP can be a sign of infections, inflammatory conditions, or hidden disease.

HbA1c: Long-term measurement of blood glucose control. High HbA1c increases the risk of diabetes, cardiovascular disease.

Knowing these three can help you spot problems early -- long before you know symptoms.
